I had a wonderful experience with "Grace" who totally understood what I wanted in my "tub to shower" renovation. She realized how vulnerable I was as my husband just recently passed away unexpectedly. I am getting what I need at a very competitive price.I interviewed 4 companies and all could have done a good job, but the ideas Grace presented and the product options made the difference. I couldn't be happier with this "estimate process." It sets a good tone for my expectation of the work actually being done. I'll be back with another review with photos at the completion of the work.

Nick spent hours with us, letting us compare materials and prices. He also had a really cool app that allowed us to see different colors and styles on our house. The material samples were quality, we are excited to fix all our exterior repairs and have a maintenance free exterior. Tony arrived on time the day of his appointment to discuss the bathroom shower installation. He was very courteous and explained everything in detail. Tony ordered all parts required for our shower update.When the parts were in we made an appointment for the replacement of our shower. Ben showed on time of the appointment. The complete upgrade of our bathroom shower update was completed in two days. I highly recommend Southern Industries for home repairs.
