Nick spent hours with us, letting us compare materials and prices. He also had a really cool app that allowed us to see different colors and styles on our house. Then he was able to get us a really good finance rate to sign on to the project. The material samples were quality, we are excited to fix all our exterior repairs and have a maintenance free exterior. We really appreciated the patience Nick granted us as we tried to make up our minds. We are really excited to see the finished project.

We called Southern Industries when we felt like Window World was not very professional. Their price was much higher than what we had gotten at other places but we still ended up signing because we liked everything that was promised. Our salesman was very professional, engaged us in conversation and was clear on what we should expect. However, the decision was made later on that we just could not afford the quote we were given at this time. We were gearing up for a conflict when it came to canceling the contract we just signed because typically that is how the world works. But we were blow away at how understanding Southern Industries was when my wife walked in with the cancellation paperwork and the receptionist said she understood and that there were no hard feelings. Very professional company. They only get 4 stars because their price was 5K higher then our other estimate. However, I do feel like the quality of work would have been better than the other company based on the professionalism we saw.

Will was outstanding! He went over the product. He took measurements on my house and showed me things that needed to be fixed. The product is fantastic. I would’ve signed up to have it done first thing, but I’m having to wait due to financing. But I will be getting the product when I can. I highly recommend Will and this company
